Permanent Clinical Director Veterinary Surgeon - Leeds, West Yorkshire

  • You will be part of a fast-growing 2-month-old, purpose-built clinic, delivering the care pets would choose as part of a rapidly growing group of independent, family-owned practices.
  • You will be joined by another FTE vet, 2 FTE RVNs, and 2 FTE Care Co-ordinators, in a clinic that is rapidly growing.

Role: They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who is excited by leadership, is a dynamic, enthusiastic pet and people person, and has a passion for ensuring that pets receive quality, affordable healthcare with a Fear Free centered approach

Hours:

  • 4 days per week 08:30-19:00.
  • 1:2 Saturday 08:30-13:00 (increases as clinic and vet team continue to grow)
  • No out-of-hours

Duties: Days have a mix of consulting and theatre slots, with daily administration time factored in. Their consults are 15 minutes long.

Candidate: They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon with solid experience with routine surgical procedures and the ability to work independently is required for this role, along with UK practice experience.

Salary: Competitive salary £60,000 – £80,000 p/a depending on experience
